We spent the last few weeks focusing on our relationships with others. This week we shift our attention and awareness to the relationship we have with ourselves. Today's conversation is geared towards the relationship we have with our body, both physically and emotionally. More often than not we focus on things that take away from our body, including weight, sleep, etc.

We encourage you to shift that focus from what you need to take away or fix, and move towards what you can GIVE to your body. Tune in to hear this honest conversation and what steps you can take today to be your body and mind's best friend.
