In this episode, Ed sits down Babs Glancy. Babs has been a member of staff at COASTAL and The Process for over 12 years. In that time she has experienced a lot of self-growth, much of which has come in the last 2.5 years after relocating to Bangkok with her family amidst the pandemic. Having time and space provided her with the opportunity to reflect on her years as an athlete, a captain and a coach.
