Mark Crave is general manager and operating partner for Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese. With the help of 11 family members across three generations and 85 full-time employees, the Craves milked 2,200 cows and farmed 3,300 acres in southern Wisconsin. Thanks to sustainability efforts, including an anaerobic digestion system, the farm produces enough power for its entire operation plus 300 area homes.
