This episode features the amazing Phylicia George who has competed at the summer Olympics appearing in two finals of the 100m hurdles in London and Rio and then decided to transfer her speed onto the bobsleigh track winning a bronze medal as the brakewoman for Kallie Humphries at the 2018 Olympic Winter Games.  She is an amazing human being who has overcome many obstacles in life and sport in order to stand tall in the start blocks of the fastest events in sport.  This is her story.
