The word 'challenge' may be a daunting one to some. The proceeding thought after hearing the word may be difficulty, or inconvenience.

What if a challenge was created on purpose to create growth?

Think about challenges such as 75 Hard; it's rather a growth journey than it is a challenge.

Here, I'm sharing the benefits of growth paths and sharing a couple intentional challenges that I've created in order to grow in ways that otherwise may have been thought of as impossible.
