🥺 I thought by making a mistake I would be letting myself and everyone around me down, it would make me unprofessional, and I would get thrown off gigs INSTANTLY!

😵‍💫 Not a great headspace to be in, and also can you imagine how tense I felt all the time!!! Not a great vibe to be bringing to the stage, rehearsal room, studio or on tour!

😌 It was only when I realised that mistakes were not only inevitable, they were necessary in creating moments of connection with those around me, and bringing more depth and honesty to my playing 🫶
