We just wrapped up our first Lilies Ladies weekend retreat! It was such a great experience so I wanted to share some of the highlights with y'all. In this episode Jasmine Ima and I talk about the weekend, our takeaways and what we learned about the importance of rest!

You may not be in a place where you can get away for a small retreat, however rest is important wherever you are. This year has not allowed for a lot of rest children are home parents are working from home as well so we have to be extra creative in how we find rest and give Christ the quiet to speak into.
