After passing the IRA, Biden gave Manchin the pen he used to sign the bill in a gesture of gratitude to the Senate's worst and most corrupt Democrat. Pramila Jayapal then heaped additional praise on Manchin. Liz Cheney lost her primary by a landslide, but teased a possible 2024 run. We also preview NY's key primary races coming up this Tuesday.
