If you work in student ministry, it’s likely you work with the guys on your team. You may love it or have your struggles, depending on your team dynamic or current ministry season. Either way, we want to invite you (and those guys on your team) to listen in on this conversation where we talk about being partners in ministry with our BOSSES! 

It is such an encouraging and refreshing conversation from guys who lead the women well on their team (yet haven’t always gotten it right), as well as challenging us to view our relationships with our co-workers as a partnership for the kingdom.
