The Love Always, PBJ podcast is getting a bit of a facelift.  For several months now, I have been concerned about the people who do “heart” work.  "Heart" work is the type of work that has a direct impact on another person’s life.  The kind of work that you take home with you.  The work that we know we are called to do, but creates a tremendous burden on our hearts.  

I have watched how the pandemic has increased the stress and pressure on

• Nurses
• Pastors 
• Counselors
• Social workers, and
• Higher education professionals to to name a few professions.  

Helping professionals are fighting through the symptoms of burnout and this podcast is here to help.
