Jonathan Langer is the Founder and CEO of Fireside Investments. Fireside is a private equity firm which actively invests in real estate operating companies. Their current portfolio consists of: Port 32 Marinas, ANDMORE, Kasa, Collective Retreats, among others.

Jonathan gives a detailed overview of his journey from Wharton to Goldman, professional evolution to making Partner, and path from starting Fireside to one of their most successful deals.

Prior to founding Fireside, Jonathan spent sixteen years at Goldman Sachs. While at Goldman he was Head of North American Investments and Global Head of Hospitality Investments. After leaving Goldman Sachs in 2010, he was an Operating Partner at Bain Capital and the Chief Executive Officer and President of NorthStar Realty Finance Corp (formerly NYSE: NRF).
