Rest is important. You probably know that already. Did you know that as a highly sensitive person and/or an introvert you need more rest — especially during times of stress? Dealing with overwhelming emotions can be a struggle but getting enough sleep is a simple solution.

In this episode, I’m sharing the importance of rest and sleep, how to know if you’re sleep is inadequate, and some practical tips to help you get more rest and better sleep.
