Diane sits down with me and asks a number of questions about my 100-mile run event back at the beginning of October. We discuss my nutrition and what I was drinking during my event. How I was feeling at various times while I was running. The people I was running with and the tremendous support I had from friends and family. It was an epic moment for me when I crossed the finish line and so many people were there. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to come out, comment, and run with me, it was fantastic and I enjoyed all of it. I also talk about my thoughts for next year, which is to map out and do another 100 km run and see if anyone would join me for that event. A person could run whatever distance they like, maybe 50 km or 100 km. I would love to have others run the entire way with me and we would do this all for charity.
