This week we have the amazing Shelley back on the podcast to discuss how our little one’s diets can affect their sleep, and even their moods! We chat about what foods promote a good night’s rest, what foods to avoid, what to give your kids in the lead up to bed time and so much more!

Shelley Mckenzie has been in the health industry for over 15 years. She is a Mum of 3 and practices online as a clinical Nutritionist and Naturopath. Her journey began when she was 24 years old and was diagnosed with a condition called Hashimotos, an autoimmune disease. From here she made it her mission to learn about nutrition and how she could overcome and manage this diagnoses by using the ‘food is medicine’ principles.

She now pairs her degrees with her own personal health and motherhood experiences to help her clients live a happy, healthy and well balanced life.
