I've hummed and hawed about doing a podcast on this topic as I am by no means an expert in mental health... I can only speak about my own experiences

So with that in mind this is me sharing my own thoughts on my own journey, especially over the last year... I just hit record and went so it may be a little chaotic (like myself)

I speak about the guilt of feeling like you don't have "bad enough! problems in your life to be feeling how you do

How healing is a journey and things don't go away you just learn to handle them better so you shouldn't beat yourself up when you have a bad day

Therapy and how much of a difference it made to my life

And maybe the most important thing... if you are struggling don't feel like you are a burden by reaching out it could make all the difference

Also if you need someone to talk to don't be afraid to reach out to me even if you feel like it's nothing.. It's something to you
