As special needs moms, we often put ourselves last. We devote all of our time and energy to our children, constantly advocating for them.


But the problem is, when we are constantly advocating we are more likely to end up burnt out. And when we are burnt out, advocating ends up feeling like pushing a boulder up a mountain. It takes so much more energy and gets us no where.
