Ciaran is the founder and owner of Float Co, a facility nestled in the heart of Hong Kong, and is home to float tanks, Ice baths and a community of people investing time and energy into their physical and mental health. In this conversation, Ciaran shares his story which saw him move away from the food and beverage industry after 8 years running one of Hong Kong’s most successful nightclubs, and into the world of mindfulness and recovery.
