Jeff's mission is to help 1 million creative people bring their biggest, most meaningful ideas to life and become their best creative selves.

 

During his PhD program in Positive Organizational Psychology, he studied under the great Mihaly Csikszentmiahlyi, world-renowned author of Flow.

 

He serves on the Board of Advisors at Oasis Center International - a non-profit whose mission is to bring creativity and arts mentorship programs to underserved youth across the world.

 

He also is an avid music creator, committed to creating a unique style of kids' music that actually rocks (under the artist name MrBoodaddy) , what people are calling "Beastie Boys for Babies," inspired by his 4 year old son, Hendrix.
