Paul is angry because the Galatians have chosen the way of the curse rather than the way of life. He calls them to abandon Jesus plus this or that and embrace the gospel of grace through faith, which dismantles the traditional barriers between people - "for you are all one in Christ Jesus" (Galatians 3:28).
