Steven Koecher was 30 years old when he went missing in 2009. He has blonde hair and blue eyes, and at the time of his disappearance he was 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighed 180 pounds. He has a birthmark on his abdomen and a surgical scar behind each ear. When last seen, he was wearing a white button-down shirt, jeans or Dockers, and white sneakers.
