About Beth: 

Beth Quaas started her career as an LPN, nearly 30 years ago. Beth completed her doctoral degree in 2010. She has worked as a nurse anesthetist since 1999. Beth is giving back to her profession by educating the next generation of CRNAs. 

Beth has a passion for inspiring others to find joy in their profession and to help those dealing with burnout. After her own burnout, Beth created her podcast to let nurses know that they are not alone and provide resources for dealing with bullying, burnout, and workplace violence.

Beth is currently Associate Director of an anesthesia program in MN and continues her clinical practice in the OR. She was recently elected to serve on her state’s professional organizations Board of Directors.
