Some of the greatest pain we will feel comes from distancing ourselves from the world. Think about it. So many people spend their lives trying to belong, whether it is to one person or a group. To feel connected. What if I told you that you could feel happier, less alone, if you would only seek to find connection…but not with just one person, or someone you know, but with everyone. Today I talk about the effort needed to find that bond with people. But I’ll also talk about the benefits.
