My comments on former adulterers and homosexuals from 1 Cor. 6 was said in a unclear way. It is a very good thing that Paul says “And such were some of you.” Adulterers and homosexuals were redeemed out of that sin and members of the church. Praise God! However, some of those struggles may have remained and the list of sins gives us insight into what the city of Corinth was like and what the church would have had to deal with.
