We all have ideas about what we should do, or have to do. We have ideas about careers, productivity, responsibilities, etc. But did you ever think that all those things you are supposed to do aren't real? They aren't. Most of the things you feel you need to do are thoughts created by you and/or society. And following those directives without thinking about whether or not they mean anything to you, contribute to your stress. Here's an idea; take a day and don't do anything other than what you want to do. Let's talk about it.
