Perhaps you have noticed that it has been quite a while since I posted a podcast episode!

I have had WAY too much on my plate lately so the podcast has taken a backseat.

The podcast was also feeling a bit stale with the same sorts of conversations. Lately, I am feeling more expansive and the many different directions this podcast can (and will!!) go in.

I am pleased to share that I am back with a really fun episode with Sabrina of Cyclisity.

In case you didn't know she is the niece of Toni Weschler - Author of Taking Charge of Your Fertility!

Cyclisity is a new cycle tracking app based on the Taking Charge of Your Fertility book. This book has been an essential tool for me and many of the other FAM practitioners that I know!

Cycle tracking apps can be confusing with algorithms, predictions and a variety of different words that are being used to describe the same thing!

This app uses the same terminology as the Taking Charge of Your Fertility Book and even gives reference pages to learn more about each of the elements involved in charting your cycle.
