In this episode, Ed sits down with Joel English, a strength and conditioning coach with a particular interest in flexibility and mobility training. After leaving Hong Kong at the age of 16, Joel found himself going down the wrong path, and it wasn’t until he was introduced to Taiji that he began to find his feet again. Joel shares how Taiji, Qigong and Wushu impacted his life, which would eventually result in him both teaching and competing. It’s from these practices that he began exploring flexibility and mobility training, much of which are the foundations of his coaching practice today.
