177. The Case of Ed Gein

Listen Later

November 16th 1957. In the small, quiet town of Plainfield, Wisconsin, the local hardware store owner went missing. Her last sales receipt pointed to one man, Ed Gein. When police arrived at his isolated farmhouse, they stepped into something out of a nightmare. Inside, they uncovered human remains turned into furniture, masks, and clothing… a scene that would forever redefine horror in America. What began as a missing person’s case became the discovery of one of the most disturbing figures in criminal history.
