In this episode I am talking to Amanda Lennon who is from the UK. I met Amanda after I shared a little bit about myself and what I do in a speaker room on Clubhouse. Amanda reached out and expressed an interest in wanting to come on the show and share her story. After talking to her for about an hour I knew she was a good fit for the show and that she had a great message to share with the world.

Amanda is a life-coach and recovering addict. She is 8 years clean and sober this week. In that time she has earned 2 degrees a drivers license and peace of mind. She loves to read and travel and teaching about wisdom truths and spirituality. Her coaching business is centered on helping people overcome self sabotage. She thinks having fun and doing “the work” as priority and hopes she can spread a message of hope to the hopeless.
