Amelia Annie Dyer, arguably Britain’s most notorious serial killer, targeted vulnerable women with children, and preyed upon babies and small children.  Her murder toll has been estimated as approaching 400.  She strangled the children trustingly placed in her care.  With the number of killings and with her statement of enjoying watching the children die, is Annie Dyer the worst serial killer in Britain?
