Wade Williamson, host of the Crime and Entertainment podcast, shares his personal story of being charged with murder and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. He discusses how the podcast became his therapy and outlet to express himself while on house arrest. Wade also talks about his interviews with individuals involved in the mafia and drug smuggling, highlighting the negative aspects of that lifestyle. He then delves into the events leading up to the shooting and the subsequent legal proceedings. After being released from jail, Hollywood Wade had to provide evidence to the police and prosecutor to prove his innocence. He kept the refrigerator and the bullet mark on the wall as evidence. Eventually, the charges were dropped, and he felt a tremendous sense of relief. He struggled with the aftermath of the incident, facing judgment from others and losing friends. Therapy and sharing his story through his podcast became his way of healing. He and his wife worked through their challenges and stayed together.
