"Intuition doesn't disappear under pressure β it just gets harder to hear."
In this episode, advanced clinical EFT practitioner and trainer Naomi Janzen explores how EFT Tapping (Emotional Freedom Techniques) serves as a "shutoff switch" for the body's internal alarm system. When we are in survival mode, our nervous system is flooded with "noise" that drowns out our inner signals. Naomi explains how tapping on specific meridian points sends calming signals to the brain, telling the amygdala that we are safe.
By regulating the nervous system, EFT allows the prefrontal cortexβthe part of the brain responsible for higher thinking and clear perceptionβto come back online. This creates the ideal internal conditions for intuition to be heard clearly, sharpening decision-making and trust in one's "inner signal".
In this conversation, we cover:
Drawing on decades of experience, Naomi bridges the practical and the intuitive for high-functioning individuals who want their intuition to be a reliable tool, no matter how high the stakes.
