The moon landing, woodstock, vietnam; these are all major events happening in the year 1969, all shown as a backdrop to two college students dodging the draft and contemplating the path of their lives. In this movie we see Winona Ryder, Kiefer Sutherland, and Robert Downey Jr; all develop their own ideas and opinions on the state of the nation fighting in an unjust war.
