Having fended off attacks by the planet-harvesting GITHYANKI in a ship stolen grom a BEHOLDER CRIME BOSS, the swashbuckling paladin of herself, Mairi Stonedoter and her crew head toward the ROCK OF BRAL, a city built on an asteroid near the planet Toril. There she hopes to meet with COMMODORE KRUX, the contact of that was supposed to warn VAJRA SAFAR about extraterrestrial danger before it got too close…

Mairi is in space! Space, also known as THE ASTRAL SEA is navigated via specialized ships called SPELLJAMMERs. Mere moments after arriving in space Mairi and crew, aboard their commandeered spelljammer CEPHALABROAD, were attacked by GITHYANKI. They vanquished several of the boarding party and took one soldier, LIEUTENANT ZANTH hostage. He told them their planet was being seeded to drain its life energy and fuel that of his home star, XARYXIS. Before our heroes could give chase to the Gith’s ship a NAUTILOID, ship favored by the brain-eating MIND FLAYER floated into view.

Now she, along with STEVIE the water genasi druid, THANRIEL the elven monk, and EQUIEL the angel, Cleric of The Red Knight, and either Mairi’s sister or technically her neice, take to THE ASTRAL SEA in search of their attackers…

Aliens are attacking Waterdeep, launching STRANGE THINGS from the edge of the ASTRAL SEA that surrounds the world. The Blackstaff of Waterdeep VAJRA SAFAR has tasked Mairi and crew with investigating the ship launching these extraterrestrial projectiles.

To do this Mairi and crew need a ship of their own capable of sailing the stars. This class of ship is known as a SPELLJAMMER and the only one in Waterdeep belongs to the crime boss known as THE XANATAR. Our heroes head to the entrance to the honcho’s hideout, through the sewers…

It is a period of rest. Mairi Stonedoter, halfling rogue and paladin of herself, was plagued by gods. But now she is finally alone in her own body once more! After murdering the Raven Queen and spilling the water of the River Styx on her opus our heroine ventured into the Feywild and after much dalliance placed the RING OF WINTER on the finger of The Summer Queen, Titania destroying it. 

Divinely worn out Mairi returned to THE DUSTY SQUAB, her tavern in Waterdeep, for a denouement with her best friend, the elf Thanriel. As the two of them watched from the rooftop a star fell…
