"Agatha All Along" (8:40) has ended with its 2-episode finale. It's time to discuss the finale, how the show landed, and how it ranks among the other MCU TV shows. Also, we'll discuss and review the penultimate episode of "The Penguin" (48:57) titled "Top Hat". But right before we get into the week's shows, we talk about the passing of Quincy Jones, a Titan of music and a man who shaped the sounds of America.

Episode 4 of She-Hulk has premiered on Disney+ and it's time to discuss the newest case that's has fallen into Jen's lap, as well as her dating life.

We hope you had a good Labor Day! Amazon Prime's high budget "The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power" (1:30) has hit streaming. We give our high level thoughts on the show, as well as examine the similarities and competition with HBO's "House of the Dragon", in which we also do our normal review of episode 3 (41:46). There were also a couple movies to come out on streaming over the weekend including "Honk For Jesus. Save Your Soul." (1:09:32), the short film turned feature film starring Regina Hall and Sterling K. Brown on Peacock, and "Samaritan" (1:22:46) starring Sylvester Stallone on Prime Video. Also D23 (1:32:36) is coming up this weekend so we take some time to predict some of the announcements coming out of the MCU side of things whether theatrical or Disney+.

Episode 3 of "She-Hulk" has hit Disney+ and it's time for our weekly discussion and review! In this week's episode Jennifer Walters has to defend Emil Blonky's Abomination in court. There are definitely moments and cameos to discuss and as always we start with our spoiler free thoughts then get into our breakdown of the episode.

It's been a decent beginning for August when it comes to movies and we have a bunch to talk about. We first discuss the new Blockbuster action film starring Brad Pitt and an ensemble cast with "Bullet Train" (1:34), and move into our review of the latest film in the "Predator" franchise, the new prequel that premiered on Hulu "Prey" (19:36). We also got the chance to check out the newest slasher from A24 "Bodies Bodies Bodies" (33:43), while Desmund checked out a couple of other movies new to streaming including "Not Okay" (45:51) on Hulu and the Japanese animated film "Belle" (56:02). Jordan also wacthed a limited series on HBO from "The Wire" creator David Simon titled "We Own This City" (1:04:12). We of course had to address the enormous elephant in the room and discuss the cancellation of Batgirl, as well as the new plans that David Zaslav has for Warner Bros. Discovery and the DCEU. Also we're back to discuss and review episode 3 of "The Last of Us" (1:04:51) titled "Long Long Time". The latest star-studded film from Netflix has premiered this past weekend. Starring John Hill, Lauren London, Eddie Murphy, and Julia Louis Dreyfus in "You People" (1:48:27). Mia Goth and Alexander Skarsgard star in the horror/sci-fi film, "Infinity Pool" (2:01:29), which also released this weekend.

The 95th Academy Awards (1:30) just went down this past Sunday and it's time to discuss and breakdown the night from snubs to predictions we got right. Also this past weekend "Scream VI" (56:14) premiered in theaters, but did the 6th installment of the Scream franchise live up to its name and anticipation? We got the chance to check out the new dinosaur movie starring Adam Driver this past weekend too with "65" (1:15:36). What are dinosaurs outside of Jurassic Park? In our TV show rundown this week, we discuss the new Peacock series from Rian Johnson, "Poker Face "(1:25:26), and both of Pedro Pascal's series with the first two episodes of Season 3 of "The Mandalorian" (1:35:25) and the season finale of "The Last of Us" (1:59:52).
