Maple vinaigrette;

¼ cup each of apple cider vinegar and olive oil

2 TBSP PURE maple syrup

11/2 TB dijon mustard

11/2 tsp lemon juice

salt and pepper

Maple roasted veggies:

TB olive oil

1 TB PURE maple syrup

½ tsp salt and pepper

Toss with brussel sprouts and carrots

Roast at 450 until tender/20ish minutes
