In this very special episode of Dorks of the Dragons, Luis (2 Fanboys and a Filthy Casual) and Krizia (The Dorkiest Timeline) wrap up their thoughts on Season 2 of House of the Dragon. Well, after a week to process, maybe our feelings about the finale have changed. Then again, maybe not. We quickly return to Arts & Crafts Corner where Krizia identifies the dragons found in the intro tapestry. Finally, due to an overwhelming response from so many ravens (caw! caw!), we answer all your questions, get into some theories, and give our predictions on Season 3 of HotD. Big thanks to the other Fanboys, Dennis and Harold, for their work behind the scenes, and to the listeners for all your support, kind words, and participation in this little project. It's been a fun season breaking down HotD and, who knows, maybe there will be another show we can discuss together. Then again, maybe not. See you all in 2026!
It's been a crazy action packed Summer, and we're just getting started. First off, we do a little Olympic talk and discuss our favorite random Olympic Sports. And of course, since we're Filipinos, we talk about Carlos Yulo dominating gymnastics. And then, we get to talk about the biggest movie of the Summer so far, Deadpool and Wolverine. What did we think? Was it any good? Did the movie get spoiled for us? Cameos? What's a cameo?
All this and more!
In the latest episode of Dorks of the Dragons, Luis (2 Fanboys and a Filthy Casual) and Krizia (The Dorkiest Timeline) discuss House of the Dragon, Season 2, Episode 8, titled “The Queen Who Ever Was”. That finale was definitely… ummm… the last episode of season 2. Are you sure there isn't one more? Did you check everywhere? Listen as Lu and Kriz process what the heck just happened through 9 meticulously, scientifically, and mathematically calculated categories. Who was our MVP? Should we join Rasputin's cult? What did Daemon see when he touched the weirwood tree? We also answer a question from a listener-friend in the new segment - Messages From a Raven! Most importantly, we decide who is one step closer to gain or remain on the Iron Throne? Heads up: Dorks of the Dragons will return on Tuesday, August 13th! We received so many messages from your ravens, so we'll have ONE more episode next week to answer your questions, talk season 3 predictions, and our thoughts on the A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms - the upcoming prequel show. If you have questions about HotD, drop them in our Facebook Group, leave a comment on our socials, or train a raven and practice your calligraphy!
In the latest installment of The Dorkiest Timeline, Luis discusses his return to San Diego's Comic Con, Krizia chats about her time at KCon, and Harold talks about how he refuses to go to either (with good reason, ofc)! We also talk about Kriz's first experience playing a different kind of role playing game - Dungeons & Dragons!
In this Mega Episode, the Mega-sode, of Dorks of the Dragons, Luis (2 Fanboys and a Filthy Casual) and Krizia (The Dorkiest Timeline) discuss House of the Dragon, Season 2, Episode 6, titled "Smallfolk", AND Episode 7, titled “The Red Sowing”. Dragon action? Yes. An army of bastards? Yes. A whole lot of death by dragon fire? Sadly, also yes - RIP in peace! Listen as Lu and Kriz break down both episodes through 9 scientifically-backed categories. Who was our MVP? Does Jace have to smolder like that? What does the word consanguinity mean? We also debut a new segment - Messages From a Raven, where we do our best to answer questions from a couple of our listener friends! Most importantly, who is one step closer to gain or remain on the Iron Throne? If you have questions about HotD, drop them in our Facebook Group, leave a comment on our socials, or train a raven and practice your calligraphy
On this week's episode, Harold and Luis talk retro movie showings, catching up on some TV and streaming titles, and then have some fun reminiscing about their trip deep sea fishing. Did Ariel stand a chance against the Fanboys + their buddy Jay? Did the ocean stand a chance against that one guys...leftovers? And who's fish did we steal?
Welcome back! Welcome back! This week, Luis and Harold are joined by Krizia as they go through some of the nominations for the 76th Primetime Emmy Awards. The 3 then discuss the most important part about the Disney+ series “The Acolyte”... Was it balance between the light and dark sides of the Force? No. Was it Manny Jacinto? Yes. *spoilers ahead
And as a bonus, we discuss the new Filipino Pop Girl Group, BINI!
In this episode of The Dorks of the Dragons, Luis (2 Fanboys and a Filthy Casual) and Krizia (The Dorkiest Timeline) discuss House of the Dragon, Season 2, Episode 5 - "Regent". Not much dragon action - definitely draggin’ - but a whole lot of moving pieces this episode. Except for Daemon, who is still on his side quest and having visions (gasp!) in Harrenhal. Listen as Lu and Kriz meander through 8 scientifically-backed categories. Who was our MVP? Who was the real-life inspo for Aegon the Conqueror? What are the Known Hours? Most importantly, who is one step closer to gain or remain on the Iron Throne? Heads up: The Dorks are taking a break next week, but we will be back on July 30th for another mega-episode for episodes 6 and 7 of HotD!

How is everyone feeling as we reach the midpoint of the season? Nothing happened, right? Who are we kidding!?!? We are devastated! Listen as Lu and Kriz process their feelings through 8 curated categories. Who was our MVP? What real-life metal was the inspiration for Valyrian Steel?
