Wanted to hit on the differences of Systemic vs Implicit Bias and some of the effects of it on the society. I also talked about how money seems to be driving much of these discussions. 

I wanted to talk about some of the things that are now finding their way into news flow and circulation. This was more emotional and opinion based than the other episodes.  

We cover a lot of information in this episode that will hopefully help generate change for the future. We talk big picture about police issues and how to learn and changes that might help. 

Today we looked into different poverty concerns and its affects on the surrounding area, including gentrification, section 8, and schooling. There is a problem in that area and there is a slow decline in it but it still exist. 

We go over some number and stats regarding police violence and use of force. Some of the numbers might be a little shocking, but we need to look at the truth of the situation. A major downside is a grouping of an entire force and geographical location of different departments acting in different ways. Perceptions create a reality and I hope that I was able to break some bad perceptions with this episode. 

Found information regarding varying styles of RCA and some downsides to their uses. This requires the use the people to look at them and find a better solution as the same old tactics are continuing. 

I wanted to talk about an argumentative stance I recently saw and voice my own concerns over such a terrible argument as it is flawed in definition. I hope that I was able to help shine some light on the topic and showcase a different way of viewing the concerns of the people and how we can continue to create change in our life. 

This was about ensuring the names of those killed during this time don't get lost to the wind while we only focus on one issue. We can continue to create change but we won't create that change by ignoring any of those that have also been affected. Lets take a moment to realize that so many have been affected many of them innocent. Even if they were guilty during doesn't mean their life didn't matter to others that will be in pain, letting them know we aren't going to forget someone might be the push to help them heal. 

New information regarding the Floyd case, Minneapolis police department investigation and changes in news narrative. We can create change and it has been proven, lets keep up this change for the future generations. 

We see a lot of bad actions being highlighted in the news and media. Lets share some of the good, the questionable and lets push for more good.
