This week we got real about something no one talks about: what happens to sex, intimacy, and trust after you lose someone. We dive into dating as single grievers, why hookups can feel like medicine or trigger panic attacks, how sex can make you feel in control when everything else is chaos, and why intimacy actually feels better now because we know ourselves more deeply. You can only feel as good as you can feel bad—and we've felt it all.

We also get into trust: learning to trust other people again, but more importantly, learning to trust yourself after grief shatters that foundation. We have a deep, vulnerable conversation about our friendship, why it's okay to ask someone if they're having suicidal ideations (it helps, it doesn't encourage), and how people don't know what you're going through unless you communicate it.
