2 MUCH TV - The Best Comedy/Songwriting Podcast of 2022 - Real Magazine

This week is all about the DRAMA!! We watched the pilot episode of the CW's Jane The Virgin and the plot is DEEP and convoluted. We have a bunch of announcements and also disparage dental hygienists and lucid dreamers for some reason.

Our guest this week is Toronto alt rocker and tiktok sensation Leena Rodriguez of the band MBG. Sam met Leena on tiktok. She's so cool, funny and talented and knows all about the JTV lore.

2 MUCH TV - The Best Comedy/Songwriting Podcast of 2022 - Real Magazine

Since the beginning of time (last week) mankind (me and sam) has been forced (by the patrons) to compete for survival (the validation of pod listeners).

We're back!! This week we're talking about some BIG NAME Canadian stars as we discuss an episode of Kenny VS Spenny. We share our bizarre run-ins with Kenny Hotz and try to figure out which one is really the nice one. We also ask the big question: Do the Property Brothers fuck?

This week our guest is Alex Swartzentruber, poet and one half of the incredible podcast It's a Beautiful Day In The Gulch. We have some Indiana specific questions for him, we talk firetowers and we get into a lot of Canadian TV.

Another HUGE week for the television. We're coming down from our jersey shore high and plowing through new shit left and right.

This week we're talking about The Sex Lives of College Girls with Lilly Mehari, drummer of Bald Britney, future DJ under the tutelage of Josh Korody, and our BEST FRIEND AND FORMER ROOMIE.

Lilly is a perfect beautiful star icon and if she wants to turn the pod into a Gypsy Rose Blanchard true crime show for one episode THAT'S HER RIGHT. We also talk about the early days of horny reality TV and Yellowjackets.

This week we're talking about the tech comedy series SILICON VALLEY and we're overcoming wind storms and massive depression to ask one important question: is it Silicon or Silicone and what's the difference? Also unrelated but what does a DJ do??

Our guest this week is Jesse Laderoute of the band Blonde Elvis and he's bringing back the long lost concept of the GUEST SONG. Jesse also does charitable work making food for people in need in Toronto. If you would like to donate you can reach out at [email protected].

This week we are talking about TRASH TV. Specifically the Vice doc Dark Side of the 90's: Trash TV - Dirty and Deadly talk. Start the pod and pretend you stayed home sick from school to watch the Jerry Springer show with us.

This week is the first week of the new and improved 2 Much TV podcast. It's new and improved because it comes out Wednesday night instead and that's better because everyone hates mondays and for some people wednesday might be their friday.
