1. How many hours into your shift until you actually eat, drink or go to the bathroom? Do you take a break during your shifts? Does anyone on the unit sit down to eat or get off the unit during break times? 

2. Do you finish your shift on time? Is the unit culture focused on finishing on time or is it typical that the staff leaves 30 minutes (or later.....) after the end of a shift?  If you work in an office role or outpatient setting, do you walk out the door at your scheduled finish time or is the day typically longer?

3. Have you ever skimped on sick time to save more paid time off for vacation days? How are sick and vacation time allotted? Is time off from one PTO bank? Do you get to take planned vacations? Is it hard to get time off when you want it?
