Last week was a big one for two of the most anticipated games in recent years in Tears of the Kingdom, and Final Fantasy XVI. Zelda's final trailer gave us the most in depth look at the story of Tears of the Kingdom, in addition to finally getting the guys the most hyped they have been since the game was announced. Square Enix also blessed us with a 25 minute State of Play completely dedicated to FFXIV, and it was equally impressive. Other topics include Kevin seeing the Mario movie, Resident Evil 4, the Zelda-like Anodyne, and MLB The Show 23.

We are less than two months away from the release of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom, and Nintendo has finally graced us with some actual gameplay. The 10 minute video details Link's new abilities, as well as how combat has evolved since Breath of the Wild. Other topics covered include beating Resident Evil 4, E3's official cancelation, NPD results for February, and WrestleMania 39.
The guys are back after a month away due to a medical emergency involving Kevin's family. Luckily everything turned out to be ok, and he is slowly getting back to a normal life. This episode, the Resident Evil 4 remake takes center stage as the guys give their thoughts so far on one of their most anticipated games of the year! Other topics include VR motion sickness, Vernal Edge, the finale of The Last Of Us, and the (for some reason) hotly debated question of whether or not Zelda Tears of the Kingdom is a AAA game.

The long wait for PSVR 2 is finally over, and the guys both got their hands on it. They give their full thoughts on the hardware itself, as well as several VR games including the highly anticipated Horizon Call of the Mountain. Sony also held their first State of Play in quite a while, and the results were less than stellar to say the least... Also, Kevin's brain is about to explode as Konami is reportedly headed for a big E3 with both Metal Gear and Castlevania rumored to be there...

Another podcast, another slow news week. While there wasn't much happening over the past week, Sony has announced a State of Play for this Thursday that will show off Suicide Squad, indie and 3rd party reveals, and the debut of 5 new PSVR2 games. Speaking of PSVR2, the guys do a hype check for this week's release and they are both over the moon. They also discuss The Last Of Us Episode 6, beating Metroid Prime Remastered, Call of Duty coming to Switch, and Metal Gear Rising's disappointing 10th anniversary.

E3 is returning this summer, but an IGN report last week has tampered expectations to say the least. According to the report, the big 3 of Sony, Nintendo, and Microsoft will not be attending. Without them, is there any point in E3 existing? The guys also both beat Dead Space, and they both like it even more than they did last episode. Other topics include Respawn cancelling a single player Titanfall experience, PS5 sales continue to climb, and Hogwarts reviews surprise in a good way.

The first big release of 2023 (sorry, Forspoken) has arrived in Dead Space. The game is already a critical success, with a somewhat surprising Metacritic score of 89, and many are saying it is a shining example of how remakes should be tackled. Neither of the guys played the original game 15 years ago, so they are here to give their thoughts on the game without any nostalgia attached. They also talk through the Royal Rumble, Episode 3 of The Last Of Us, Xbox's developer direct, and more!
