In this episode Mia & Christie discuss Heart Healing: Why Does it Hurt So Bad?  Matters of the heart can get us all up in our emotions, but when we go through difficult times whether it be a break-up, or some self-healing work, it can hurt deeply. Believe it or not, collectively and individually we are going through a major healing - our hearts are literally freeing themselves from the past bonds and trauma.  
There are several reasons that heart healing is so important for us to be our best selves - but the reason we’re talking about this today is because spirit speaks to us through our hearts.

In this episode Christie & Mia discuss Spiritual Parasites. Have you been exposed to one? Many of us have, think about it.  A parasite is an organism that uses another organism (also known as a host) for its life source. This happening spiritually, can often happen when we unknowingly pick up energy from another source, or when people feed off of your energy while you continue to give it up freely, or even through STDs (sexually transmitted demons). Parasites continually feed off of their hosts’ essence until their host is no longer a viable source. Parasites know nothing other than to drain their host completely dry, or else die themselves.
