Twin flames are definitely divine,  and they are also intensely unsettling because twin flame relationships are here to revolutionize our lives. A Twin Flame is a person who you feel connected to not just on a physical and emotional level, but also on a soulful or spiritual level.
They are mirrors that reflect back to us our hidden fears and shadows, and also our true inner beauty and strength. Twin Flames open the door to tremendous emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth.

• Twin flames don’t “complete” you, instead, they help to support your spiritual evolution
• Myths vs Reality of Twin flames

When most people think of soul mates, they think of that ideal romantic partner, who was their heart's missing piece,  the one person on this earth who they are meant to love.  The term has unfortunately be used incorrectly and in a very limiting way. A Soul Mate so much bigger yet simpler than that. “Soul Mates” are people in our lives whom we connect with on a deep and spiritual level. There is a familiarity at the core that you just cannot shake.

The energy that we are experiencing right now is a time of closure. When we are closing out relationships - especially those relationship doors that we never believed we’d have to close - we naturally start to ask, “What the hell was that for?” What was the purpose of that relationship, did I just waste my time? This can be such a painful process, but we want to provide a healing perspective, maybe it’ll help you someone listening. Consider the idea that that relationship is most likely a Soul Contract. There is always something to learn from these relationships.

Discussion:

• Soul Contracts can be positive or negative 
• Soul Contracts support our spiritual growth 
• Soul contracts are based on the INTENTION of what you came to learn, not the how you’re going to learn it)
• Whatever you came to learn i.e. acceptance
• There are a few different types of Soul Contracts - Karmic, Soulmates (platonic or romantic) and Twin Flame 
• A karmic soul contract is a soul agreement 
• A karmic soul contract can involve:
• A relationship with unhealthy boundaries (i.e. a partner who takes too much and gives too little in return)
• A karmic soul contract can come from:
  • Your ancestors
  • Traumatic experiences
  • Living unconsciously 
• Karmic relationships don’t just occur between lovers

This week we are discussing The Freedom of Living Judgement Free. In the past, judging situations and people is how we avoided danger, so it can be a useful tool. However, when it turns into the judgment of others for no good reason, we have to pause. Below are some tricks we will discuss to recognize when I’m being overly critical and what helps to nip it in the bud.
