Today we are talking about the concept of sacrifice vs suffering. We love a good operational definition. For sacrifice, there are quite a few ways to look at this, especially spiritually. But this is what we’re talking about 

“The surrender or destruction of something prized or desirable for the sake of something considered as having a higher or more pressing claim.” 

I think we all know what it means to suffer, but let’s have a definition as well.

"The state of being in great trouble," suffering implies conscious endurance of pain or distress.

• Our willingness to sacrifice is a STRONG indicator of our dedication to ourselves
• Sacrifice is the road to abundance
• Can sacrifice lead to suffering? 
• Sacrifice in a relationship

Today we are talking about Standing in Your Power. What exactly does this mean? I really believe this is a conversation we can all use these days. It’s easy to feel like we’ve lost control when you look around the world today. For the last two years we’ve been locked inside. Isolated. When I say standing in your power I mean, understanding the power you have in yourself and learning to utilize it, learning to trust it and learning to lean on it. 
In simple terms it means honoring yourself.
