Our guest today is Sarah Baldwin.  Sarah is a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner trained through Peter Levine's three year trauma training modality, Polyvagal-Trained, a Trauma-informed Life Coach through Martha Beck's coaching program, a Somatic attachment theory trained practitioner, & a Somatic inner child trained practitioner. 

On top of all of that, Sarah has an  incredibly nurturing approach, and a simple ways of explaining everything about how and why we work the way we do.she reminds us that we make sense - every part of us.
We go into polyvagal theory as well as the different states of our ANS (Autonomic Nervous System). She offers so many simple and practical tips for how we can begin to self regulate, as well as co-regulation and even how parents can help with co-regulation for children.
