Lockhart, Texas, 1988: a strange teenage girl arrives in the summer of 1988. Local kids think she's a little creepy, but soon she started to genuinely frighten people with her disturbing claims. Then a scary session with the Ouija board shows that she might have access to supernatural power.

An intrigued and concerned friend follows up on her claims and makes a horrifying discovery in another town to the north, and the real life true crime case of Tate Rowland and Terrie Trosper.
