Can 'D' overshadow the 'I' in D&I? What does it mean to be truly inclusive? What does it mean for culture?

Question from a listener: I find it’s easy to let ‘D’ be the focus so people are all about the structures and reinforcers and less about the “what would it look like if we were truly inclusive” - I’m a big believer that exclusion feels like exclusion to everyone rather than “let’s include that group this week”.
