Lacey was introduced to real estate by her father. He had built a few homes in her childhood for other family members. Being intrigued by the building process and the small details to make it work, Lacey spent many days (and even nights) sitting with her family to watch them create a masterpiece! About eight years ago, Lacey began taking more interest in Real Estate. She loved hearing stories from a close friend and real estate appraiser and learning how people could add value to their homes. It seemed to put a spark in her. So, when she heard about a job opening at RP Capital, it seemed like the perfect choice. Her experience at RP Capital quickly went from a college job to a career. She connected immediately with the company’s core values in a very deep and personal way; Loyalty, Own It, Integrity, and Fun. She had always wanted to work for a company that is honest and loyal yet creates a fun environment.
