The report John and David must produce for the DoD is in collaboration with Purnendra and his trip included meeting with staff from the Institue for Defense Studies and Analysis, an Indian Think Tank, and attendance at the Raisina Dialogue. These observations include some ideas that for the sake of Chatham House Rules cannot be attributed to specific persons and the ensuing discussion considers the ideas and not necessarily those who hold them.
