Rolling on a new platform, the Ghost rides on a sophisticated suspension that uses cameras to help predict road conditions and make adjustments to keep folks in the cabin from feeling any bumps in their travels. A 6.75-liter V12 powers the Ghost, which only further establishes its overt opulence.
